I am going to my boss's family home for a Friday Thanksgiving. He likes this kind of pie. I am not familiar with it but I Googled & found a recipe on Cooks.com (one of my fav websites). Easy to make. I did a small one too & taste tested it--not bad. Learn something all the time. Hope they like it.
