Jeffe Cherry Huldah (1901-2001) American artist. Huldah was an American painter and illustrator, whose work is characterized by its focus on adolescent girls in the turn-of-the-century fashions. (from Google)
I've sold a number of these but I keep buying them back. There is a good amount of selection online. Fun to lookup if this fits your decor.
