Christmas Tree Cake: Chocolate Cake (a no egg cake--dark chocolate) with a Cream Cheese Frosting. The pan is a vintage Christmas tree shaped pan. This is an easy skill level baking project but it gets WOW reviews. I made it for our office Open House. Just a tab of green food coloring in the frosting. I added a hard cinnamon candy for the top & red hots for the ornaments along with walnut pieces for the trunk. This is a layer cake so you need two pans. Let me know if you want the recipe. It would serve 15 - 20 people.
