Nostalgic this Week. You can tell by the items. And Woolworth Diner -- Lunch Counter.

Visit my Esty shop to see these items.

Soft leather wallet with nice compartments. Unisex. These were around in the 70s and later. This one is clean and looks unused.  Trends change with wallets just like most things.

Pin Keeper or Pin Holder plus an advertising piece for Prudential Life Insurance.  1920s - 1930s.
The straight pins are on the side. These are not used. Clever and has emotional appeal to the person who rocks the cradle.  Tradition times for roles.

Worry Dolls from Guatemala. In this light weight box. Tell each one a worry before you go to sleep and put them under your pillow. In the morning, results vary. Kids like the little dolls too.

On my Bucket List: Woolworth Diner

When Dolls Were Dolls!

I remember from the movies men calling women dolls. I didn't grow up with that. I equated it with a glamour life. Little did I know at the time.
Jump ahead. Today dolls are dolls.

The ones pictured above are handmade in Taiwan probably about the 1970s. Wooden with hand made costumes native to their country of origin.

I think these collectible dolls are rare. Take a look, I just put them in my Etsy shop.
